Rules and Regulations
- Check In & Check Out: Scheduled at your convenience
- Rates: Average regular rate is $100.00 per night with a two night minimum. During peak season and holidays, rates may vary. Call for rates during your specified dates.
- Payment: 50% of the total rental amount due at the time of reservation. 100% is due upon arrival and key pick-up.
- Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% refund of deposit amount if cancellation is 15 days prior to arrival. Less than 15 days notice will result in no refund on deposit.
- Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided for your entire stay. Please place all dirty linens in bathrooms upon departure and leave beds unmade.
- Trash: Please leave bagged trash on back deck on table.
- Charcoal Grill & Electric Grill: Tenant is responsible for cleaning the gas & electric grill after each use and before departure.
- Dishes: Dishes, pots, pans and eating utensils are provided. Please wash all that are used upon departure and empty dishwasher.
